To equip individual and group beneficiaries with the necessary skills to continue their livelihood grants, the Department of Labor and Employment IV-A Batangas Provincial Office provided two topics on Business Continuity Planning and Management and Digital Marketing held at the 3rd Floor, DOLE BPO Training Center, Lipa City, Batangas, December 23.
Mr. Cris M. Agdan, Industry Development Specialist of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) conducted the lectures in which he emphasized the essence of the subject matters in empowering beneficiaries and enhancing their entrepreneurial skills.
DOLE Integrated Livelihood Focal Person, Ms. Salvacion Kalalo spearheaded the facilitation of the said activity.
Moreover, DOLE Livelihood Specialist, Mr. Robert Rodelas, and Assistant Labor Inspector, Ms. Rozil Regodos also provided further information as to the continuous assistance of the Department in capacitating its beneficiaries assuring the growth of the business through elevating its marketability and profitability.
“Ang pagtulong ni DOLE sa mga DILP beneficiaries ay hindi natatapos sa pagbibigay ng mga kagamitang pang negosyo lamang. Ang pagbibigay ng mga training na kagaya nito ay isa rin sa mga pamamaraan ni DOLE upang patuloy kayong gabayab at matulungan na mapaunlad ang inyong mga munting negosyo,” Ms. Kalalo remarked.
To ensure the effectiveness of the program, the DILP personnel also conducts the continued monitoring of the livelihood grants.
